What is Blackpool Reptiles & Aquatics Price Promise

Blackpool Reptiles & Aquatics will match any livestock or dry goods quote brought into store/ sent online*. If we are unable to price match livestock due to stock volumes, we will offer an upgrade of the item (not dry goods). Please note only LIKE FOR LIKE items such as same brand, same wattage, same colour. Items must be exactly the same as the item we are price matching.

What do I need to bring in to claim the Price Match?

*All quotations must be presented on official documentation. This can be a printed quote with company logo and address, A receipt with logo – all quotations must show all items individually priced. For dry goods, an image or web address to show proof of price from competitor is required. All quotations must be dated within a 6 day period of Price Promise claim (no more than 6 days between quote and payment to Blackpool Reptiles & Aquatics). Not sure if you can claim? Why not just ask us?

Please note: ALL PRICE MATCHES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO PURCHASING. YOU CANNOT BRING YOUR ITEM BACK AND ASK FOR THE DIFFERENCE AFTER YOU HAVE PURCHASED.

Does the price match apply to online items as well?

The price match promise applies to all online and in store livestock and dry goods purchases. Internet prices cannot be claimed in store. An internet quote from a provider must be claimed online. You can do this by messaging us on Facebook or emailing us via our website or directly to sales@blackpoolreptiles.co.uk

Are there any restrictions?

This offer is made by Blackpool Reptiles (“the Store”), subject to the following conditions and exclusions. This offer extends to any like for like purchase(s) from a business licensed for trading in reptiles within the jurisdiction and/or country that the item was bought. The offer applies to the ordinary retail price of the animal purchased and excludes comparison against promotional, discount rates or any other offers.

The store reserves the right to change, restrict, withdraw or otherwise vary this offer at any time without prior notice.

All sales subject to this offer will be made at the store representative’s discretion. Service may be refused should the store representative believe the price match offer is being unfairly exploited to the detriment of the Store. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
