Recently bought a tortoise from a selling site. I have a bit of knowledge about them but went in for tortoise table. Came out with full set up. Staff couldnt be more helpful. I've sent messages to FB page with questions and been answered quickly. They also checked by tortoise over eventhough I didnt buy from there. I was served by Dean and Fraser. Both excellent and knowledgeable. Parking at rear if needed. Excellent social distancing measures in place.

Store was very clean and there was hand sanitiser at the door. All tanks looked pristine, each decorated in their own way and staff were welcoming. All of my queries about keeping a corn snake were answered by the young man with curly hair and it was great to know that some of the baby corn snakes in store are produced by him. I cant wait to revisit and make my final purchase. Would definitely recommend this store for quality animals and customer service.

Just taken delivery of royal python. I must say Dean was fantastic with emails regarding my purchase. I phoned shop for information about the snake I brought. Yet again I spoke to Phil and was given all the information I needed. Due to covid I decided to have my snake delivered by courier. Again no problems there and a very reasonable price too. Nick delivered the snake. Amazing service he kept me up to date on delivery time so as i could carry on my day as normal. Cant thank you all enough and look forward to paying you a visit when it's safe to. Kind regards daz.

I ordered some frozen quail and mice from here Wednesday evening and the parcel arrived early Friday. The goods were in perfect condition on arrival and went straight into the freezer. It was easy to order and I would consider using this shop in the future. The man on the phone was helpful and answered all of my questions quickly.

Travelled to Blackpool reptiles today to look at a Burmese python I had seen online. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the animal was in superb condition. Safe to say we now have another Burmese python and a fantastic reptile store that we will definitely be returning to cheers Dean and all the lads

Really nice place. Very helpful and friendly. Always go out of their way to help the very best they can. Sometimes not always as chatty as other times, but this has only ever been when the shop is mad busy. Highly recommended place. Well done great team

Amazing shop! After having a bad experience buying our first snake from another shop, the staff here have been fantastic and nothing but helpful. Absolutely amazing experience with the reptile room guys, so helpful and obviously very experienced. Recommend to anyone looking for there first exotic pet, I purchased a gecko for my 6 year old lizard lover. It literally made his birthday so happy with everything that Dean and his team did for me. They even stayed open late on a Saturday for me. Wow

This shop is amazing. They have lots of stock and the staff are really helpfull! They have the most amazing iguana called Barney. You have to visit the shop just to see him! They let you stroke him if you want! If you want any help with any reptile this is the place to go!

Quality service.I bought a female pinstripe Royal Python online & had regular contact with a lady called Heather who kept me up to date with the whole process. I would highly recommend others to buy their snakes from here. They use an external courier service for animal transportation & I can’t fault them either. Everything went along smoothly & I am extremely happy with my purchase. She arrived in perfect health & has the most incredible patterns! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went in looking for a reticulated python and came out with a stunning foulsham caramel retic.. lots of knowlage and have helped me set up the tank temperatures so i now have one happy snake... always reccomend thease guys!

I traveled down from Scotland after having purchased 2 snakes online.. The owner Dean and the staff were absolutely fantastic and welcoming they were knowledgeable and more than happy to have a chat while working I can’t say more than you don’t just get good animals but you get an experience and some friends.. in the future I will definitely be buying again from Blackpool Reptiles & aquatics and will certainly visit the shop again in the future

By far my favourite retile shop. The guys there have superior knowledge of the animals which are all in clean healthy environments. If they dont have it they can get it. Always try and call in when in the area to see what they have in. Holding the chameleon and learning about the species was a box ticker for me.

This store is by far the best on the north west. We use this store on a regular bases from buying our 1st bearded dragon and set up to our crested geckos. The staff are extremely helpful even helping us with advise on a malnourished crested gecko that we rescued from a online breeder. The owner and staff bend over backwards to help where ever they can. Allowing customers to interact with the reptiles on request. They create amazing setups too better than zoo standard. Thank you for all your help so far.

First class always helpful. Love my new set up, I must have the biggest and baddest viv set up from Dean. Thank you. Well just had delivery of my second vivarium for my bearded dragons, fully kitted out to the highest spec you could get. Talked through each stage and best advice. Travelled 80 miles today to visit the shop everyone is so friendly and helpful, spent 2 hours just having a browse and a chat, dean helped a lot in our decision to buy an Argus monitor and provided all of the resources and info that we needed. Would highly recommend, great prices and a great atmosphere, will definitely be visiting again 🙂

Absolutely faultless in every way. Amazing variety of reptiles and awesome staff. We popped in today with the kids with a view to possibly getting them their first beardie and tortoise later in the year and we were blown away by how great the 2 Dane’s were with the kids. In particular, ‘new’ Dane really went out of his way to encourage the kids and really sparked their enthusiasm. Really got the feeling that all the staff truly care about what they are doing and about the animals in their care.Can’t recommend the place highly enough!Thanks!

I bought a female het scaleless corn snake albino.she's absolutely gorgeous currently at home now chilling in her Viv.The owner and the staff were absolutely fantastic in the guide of looking after her.The driver who delivered her set her Viv up for me and the temperatures.I'm looking to go back tomorrow and get another one. .....Thanks to all the staff......I highly recommend this company

popped to see Dean today after many many years away from the reptile community, Dean as ever was the perfect host and I came away happy with a Purple Passion Royal and setup, can't recommend Dean and his place enough. 5* just isn't enough and our son is absolutely over the moon with his new pet

Alll the staff are fantastic and very helpful! They have a vast knowledge of all the animals they stock and of animals they do not but are still happy to help. The quality of their animals is fantastic and the two snakes I have bought from them are the tamest in my collection. The only downside is I end up spending all my money here ???

This place is amazing, we found it a couple of months ago when we wanted to purchase some frogs, the staff are very euthusiastic and knowledgeable. We'd looked elsewhere locally but the animals looked better looked after and also healthier and the choice was far far better. We've been back since for further advice as our understanding on what we want and are doing has increased and they've not let us down. Also worth mentioning is that they always have a fresh stock of critters that the frogs have as food. Besides the frogs there is just about everyother type of reptile inc his two crocks!! Highly recommended this place and i normally don't get involved with reviews or praise but it's well earned in this instance. Thanks guys!

I have been in a few time with my daughter getting all the equipment so she can get a corn snake each time has been a great experience how friendly and helpful the staff are. A great shop with very knowledgeable staff and very clean , healthy animals. I've been a customer for a few years and I've bought animals, equipment and have have my snakes probed by the staff. I've nothing but praise and respect for the boss man and his staff for running a friendly , helpful and professional store. I've never seen a sickly or distressed animal in my many visits and I would buy with absolute confidence 🙂

Absolutely brilliant experience! Best exotics shop in the North West by far. Friendly, expert staff and a huge range of animals and equipment. As a prospective snake owner but with little hands on experience, I asked if I could handle some of their varieties. Not only were they very happy to assist me but they taught me so much about snake care and allowed me to get close to boas, pythons and hognose, which was a dream come true. Thank you so much Dane for all your time and trouble. I hope to be back and buying a boa from you in future! I think you made the day of a lot of children who were in the shop today too. Definitely go and check out their shop!

Since moving to blackpool two years ago this is the only establishment that i have gone to for my reptiles. I have now have 5 new family memebers because of how well cared for the reptiles are. Amazing information on pretty much everything scaly. The staff are very friendly and go to massive lengths for anything you need. Wouldnt shop anyway else!!

Today has been my favourite day in a long time. My mum and I arrived at Blackpool Reptiles & Aquatics. I knew that I wanted one or two pretty royal pythons. The manager, Dean, went and brought out loads of baby snakes for us to look at. I picked some out that I loved the look of and Dean explained how all the genetics worked and the possibilities of crossing the different combinations of snakes. He answered all the questions I had and his sense of humour made the experience even more enjoyable. He also let me hold one of his adult royal pythons which was happy to slither around me whilst I was choosing my snakes. We finally narrowed it down to three snakes, a male and two females and I decided to get all three. Dean offered me a fantastic deal for all three and then kitted me out with the supplies I needed. The snakes are happily relaxing at home now, switching between laying on their heat mat and swimming in their water bowl. The atmosphere at Blackpool Reptiles & Aquatics was so relaxing and welcoming. The staff were helpful and friendly and I can't imagine going anywhere else to purchase a reptile. I spent about an hour in the shop with Dean, who made me feel very valued as a customer and I can honestly say that my shopping experience was the best I've ever had! I also know that if I have any issues, the staff would be more than happy to help. You will not regret visiting!

First time I had been and was astonished by what was there! All the animals were well presented and the amount of different species was amazing! They are in the process of moving to other premises so I will definitely be going to the new shop to have a good look!

Hi there I'm Samuel Parker, Just the best reptile shop in the world, very professional and affordable prices compared to other breeders. The staff are really friendly and kind, there not just staff there also are friends, I have just bought home a baby bermese python and I've never seen a snake so beautiful and sexy like this one ? ill be coming back in 2 months for another baby bermese python, and don't forget they are moving to another building close buy.
