Caring for your Leachianus Gecko
It is essential to provide your Mt Koghis x Nuu Ana Leachianus Gecko CB24 with a spacious enclosure as adults to accommodate their size and territorial behaviour, making it preferable for them to be housed individually. Leachianus geckos can exhibit aggression towards other geckos. This often results in incompatible cohabitation due to territorial disputes. While Leachianus geckos can be housed together as a breeding pair. It is crucial to closely monitor their interactions and promptly separate them if any signs of aggression arise.
Leachianus geckos thrive in a forest habitat with high humidity levels and temperatures ranging from 78-82°F during the day, dropping slightly to 70°F at night. Although Leachianus geckos are mostly nocturnal and typically do not bask in the sunshine, studies suggest that a controlled amount of UVB may offer benefits to their overall well-being. We recommend providing it for your pet Leachianus gecko.
Leachies enjoy Pangea, Repashy, and other fruit mixes. They also consume live food such as crickets and cockroaches. Adults may be offered pinkie mice as a treat.
All of our Leachianus Geckos are bred from the adults that we have in-store in our breeding collection. We recommend that buyers come and see the gecko they want to purchase in person or request additional photos, as the geckos can appear very differently when their colors are fully fired up.
