Light: Indirect sunlight or filtered light is ideal for Maidenhair Ferns. Direct sunlight can scorch their delicate leaves.
Water: Maidenhair ferns prefer consistently moist soil, but be careful not to overwater, as they are prone to root rot.

General Information: Maidenhair Ferns are known for their delicate, lacy foliage and can be a bit finicky when it comes to care. They thrive in high humidity environments, making them perfect for the terrarium.
Apart from the aesthetic appeal of a planted terrarium there are some very real, tangible benefits for the animals. Living plants provide natural cover and climbing perches, shade, basking sites and maintain natural humidity.
