General Information: Soft Shield Ferns are known for their soft, delicate fronds and can grow up to 3 feet tall. They are a great choice for adding a touch of greenery to shady areas in the garden or indoors. They create fantastic covers for hides in your pet’s terrarium and are aesthetically pleasing.

Apart from the aesthetic appeal of a planted terrarium there are some very real, tangible benefits for the animals. Living plants provide natural cover and climbing perches, shade, basking sites and maintain natural humidity.
