Livestock Guarantee
48-hour guarantee on all livestock
As an industry standard, all our livestock is guaranteed for 48 hours from the date and time of purchase. No refunds or returns will be accepted after this time.
By placing an order with us you agree to our refund policy where 30% of your order value is classed as a non refundable deposit. If you decide to cancel your order after 48 hours from the purchase date and time, we will retain 30% of your order value.
For large orders (£300+) we may require identification prior to or at the time of delivery. This is simply for fraud protection as sadly we have been a victim of fraud in the past.
All customer details from the paying customer must be recorded with any animal sale. Animals will only be sold to those over 18 years of age. If the correct paying customer details are not taken when purchasing livestock, we will not be able to process any refund or return. Customer details must be taken from the individual person purchasing not the family member or friend- this is a legal requirement.
All our livestock is subject to a quarantine period where it is housed separately and inspected by members of our management team before going on general sale. This enables us to ensure that only the best quality, healthiest livestock reaches our customers. However, in the unlikely event that there are any health problems following the purchase of an animal this must be reported to us within the 48-hour guarantee period otherwise refunds and returns can not be processed.
