We get asked many questions about our store, and althught this information is available throughout our website, sometimes it is helpful to have it collated on one page.

Q: Does your store have parking?
A: Yes. There is free parking outside the store, which is available for an hour, or if you drive down Bagot Street down the side of the store and there is spaces available behind the shop, please feel free to park there being mindful that you may need to move if we have to dash out for a delivery. There is also parking around the corner from the store towards the football stadium.
Q: Are you close to the tram /bus stop?
A: Yes. We are located towards south shore where there is a tram stop which is a 10min walk to the store. There is a bus stop located just down the road from the shop. We are also located close to Yeadon way which merges from the M55 and the South Shore Train Station.
Q: How old do I have to be to come to your store and purchase?
A: We ask for no under 16s to be left unattended in the store and we are not able to sell animals to anyone under the age of 18. Dry goods and products can be purchased by anyone in the store providing those rules are followed. Please do not be offended if we ask your age in store.
Q: If I come and buy a pet, do I need to bring something to collect it in?
A: No. We sell all our animals in storage tubs to transport them home. If you live further than an hour away you may wish to bring a blanket or poly box to place the tub in to keep the animal warm. If travelling in a car we recommend you keep the car warm but not hot. During colder times you can purchase instant disposable heat packs in store to travel home with. We may be able to help you with a poly box if you contact us prior to travelling.
Q: If I see an animal I want to buy from your store, should I come to the store to purchase it?
A: We are a large company with more than one avenue of sale and although we try to keep all of our stock up to date online, there are sometimes things that slip through the net when we are very busy or short staffed. If you are travelling far we always recommend giving us an email or a call to check stock levels so that you are not disappointed if the animal has sold by the time you get to us. You are able to reserve animals for collection or purchase on our website and collect in store.
