Our Payment Plans
Our objective is to supply our customers and with high quality pets, and to supply pets with the best housing, accessories and foods.
We understand that reptiles and their required accessories can be expensive, so we offer no-interest payment plans to our customers which allows them to spread the cost of their purchase over time in a way which meets their budget*.
How do our plans work?
Our payment plans last 4-6 weeks with 30% of the total cost being paid on ordering as a non-refundable deposit. The remaining payments can either be split into increments over the following 4-6 weeks, or the remaining payment can be made in 1 payment at the end of the plan. No products or animals can leave the store until the payment plan is complete.
What happens if I need longer to pay?
We are able to extend payment plans (depending on circumstances) further than 6 weeks, however boarding fees will be incurred after this period at a weekly cost per animal (to be confirmed at time of plan).
When will I receive my products?
No products will be allowed to leave the store until the payment plan is complete in full. Following completion, courier services are available or you may wish to collect from store. If the courier run is more than 1 week following completion of your plan, we may be required to charge boarding fees until the animal leaves the store. This covers the cost of the care and feeding of your animal whilst it remains with us.
What if I change my mind and want to choose something different?
We are able to transfer payment plans to other goods, however we can only do this once due to the administration time involved in removing the products from sale in-store and online. If you want to change your plan more than once, this may incur additional administration fees which will be calculated on a per client basis.
Are payment plans available on everything?
Payment plans are available on most of our products, within reason. We are unable to offer payment plans on any of our products which are already on an existing offer.
What happens if I need to cancel my order?
Cancellations within 48 hours of the plan agreement are free of charge. If you need to cancel your order after this time, 30% of the total price of your order will be retained to cover administration fees.
*We try our best to offer plans to meet all of our customers budgets, however sometimes it is not possible to provide the plan requested. In this circumstances we will offer the next best plan available to you.
