Platinum Tortoise Vivarium Kit
OUR Platinum Tortoise Vivarium Kit is a set up for small to large tortoises. It is suitable for a number of species from juvenile to adult size including Hermann, Horsefield and Spur Thighed Tortoises. Tortoises like Red foots, Sulcata and others may require a larger set up as they age. We are able to upgrade this kit with additional decor so that it is more suitable for a hatchling tortoise. We recommend the vivarium set up for hatchling tortoises to ensure that they are getting plenty of heat and UVB, this can be harder to provide for small tortoises in a table set up as the heat is not enclosed. We recommend a thermostat especially for hatchling tortoises, which cannot be used on the mercury vapor bulb used in the table set up kit.
All of our set up kits have been assembled using the recommended products that we use in store. We are happy to discuss alternative products for your set up along with additions to really make your new enclosure and animal stand out. We are able to create custom enclosures to suit your every need!
Our kits are bespoke to us and are unavailable to buy anywhere else! We use quality reptile products in our kits and when you buy from us, you receive life time support with your animal and enclosure. We are only able to give correct advice on products purchased from us. All of our set ups can be made by YOU choosing the products you prefer, please call the store if you would like to alter or add products and we can update the price accordingly for you.
Custom builds are also available- just let us know your measurements and we can discuss the aesthetics with you to create the perfect environment for your pet. Many Reptile products available in store and online.
You may wish to add substrates, plants, bark, or other décor items to your kit, there are also a wide range of feeding and cleaning tools, frozen food , caves & hides and water dishes available.
