Frozen rat hoppers are the 3rd smallest rat available. Rat hoppers are used in store to feed the following:
- Hatchling Royal Pythons
- Hatcling Reticulated Pythons
- Juvenile Green Tree Pythons
- As an alternative to medium mice for hatchling snakes
Rat hoppers are generally used for the first few months depending on the species of snake. Once hoppers are too small, they are moved up to medium mice/ small weaner rats depending on the size of the snake.
